Complaint about Yoponi

We paid a full car rental for a Kia Naza Ria at RM477 through online few days before we arrived in Penang. On the 3rd of March 2017 at 1600pm we arrived at Penang International Airport. Person A sent us the rent car and we drove it to our accomodation. Halfway, the car broke down and stopped at Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, in the middle of the heavy traffic. We called and inform Person 1 about the situation. A while after that Person 2 called and said a towing car will be heading our way so we waited for quite a while. And then Person 3 came and asked us to take the Uber to our accomodation and agreed to pay for the fee. That night Person 3 brought us a different car (Nissan Livina). The next day, Person 3 said that he needs to change the car since the car he brought us last night was not from their car company. So we have to rush back to our hotel so that he can come and take the car. The problem is they should inform us earlier about the car and not kept it from us. We felt cheated and maybe for them it is nothing. We didn't mean to be rude but every customer who is facing this situation will be extremely defensive like how we are too. They have returned the security deposit to us and gas fuel that we filled when we got the different car, which is RM600.
