Icontacted virgin as my last bill came in at £140 more than I pay for gas/elec/water a month. A very nice advisor as wat prof we watched I told him footy soaps. He went through and came up with £85.+. Happy with that. Had to make another call as HD left off. Sorted. I also made enquiry with Sky and git a better deal . I ran virgin on 2nd March. To cancel there services. Straight away a very rude lady said £240+ on the bill for breaking contract. Wat contract and guess wat on 2.3 by email came a came contract I did not sign it. Same email again on the 3.3 we are OAP on pension I am also disable in a wheel chair. We watch a lot ov tv. After Virgin tried to rip us off and trying to keep cost down. At the bottom of the email telling us of the new schedule it states if your contract changes we will write yo you! My 1st contract expired in June 2016 and we were not informed to renew it instead they just keep putting the charges up! RIP OFF wish I could tell Branson.
