Complaint about BioTrim Labs

In April 2016 I ordered memory tablets from Bio Trim Labs and pay with my Debit Card, they said the price is R1 500.00 then you will receive 5 packets of tablets, but they took off R2000.00. until now I have never received these tablet and I've written several emails to them. They also take R99.00 a month from my bank account without permission apparently for membership fee which I never agreed to. I see they still advertise on Facebook and I really wish somebody will stop them doing business.
