Complaint about Lenovo

I have an IT man who helps with my problems as I am an OAP. In February 2016 he ordered a Lenovo desktop computer through Amazon for me and installed my data. Fine until November 2016 when it stopped working. Called IT man who had to return the unit to Lenovo as Amazon said they could not help. That was 10 November 2016. He has spent 15 hours on the phone since with broken promises of delivery. Eventually saying they have lost it. I was promised the latest version in one week,three weeks ago. Nearly four months without a computer. Case no. 01040449 SN:P900Y246. Computer Lenovo A1O300 23" all in one. Hoping you can help me. Robert.
