Worst nightmare ever....

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

I had heard so many band things about Wrens and there Kitchens, against my better judgement i went to them just for the work tops, as a show room there products are great and there selection of worktops even better. my wife fell in love with the worktop and i though what could go wrong with just ordering worktop, well...!!!! i have had 3 lots of work top delivered due to wrong size, different shades ect... i had made numerous call to customer services which is the biggest joke going they try and keep you holding hoping that you will go away... when you do finally talk to someone you can tell that they have a ready made script for complaints...! this caused me 3wks delay in getting my kitchen finished cost me over £500 in wasted time for my kitchen fitters. and well the up stand was also 2 different shades and different hieghts, so at this point i went to the store and demanded that they dealt with the issue, they attempted to re-order new upstands and low and behold when they turned up again wrong shades and only sent 2 when should have been 3 off at this point i could have cried, the thought of going through customer services again makes me really depressed... so anyone thinking off going to WRENS DON'T....!!!!!!!!!! I

After all this time i got an offer of a £100 from Wren for all the stress and trouble they caused, spent more than that on the phone to them...such an insult,To Wrens it's just a numbers game and i am a great believer in what goes round comes round... so guess what Wren i won't be accepting your £100...
