Complaint about Currys PC World

I noticed a deduction of £5.50 that has been coming out of my account for the last 8 months. After a quick Google and read through this website it appears this is quite standard. I purchased my laptop back in July 2016 and when asked if I would like product support by your assistant I declined. If I declined why have you been deducting this from my account? I require you to cancel the "agreement" (which was not consented to) and refund the money taken without consent now totalling £44. Thanks.
