Complaint about Kiddicare

ordered a Ickle Bubba V3 Stomp 3in1 travel system in gray on February 24th 2017, I have received information that you have completed the transaction, and taken the £449 out of my account, it states on the email which I received that the pram would arrive in 3-4weeks- upon logging into my account there is no information on the order, no tracking information, and when i further investigated into the item on your website, it states "10-14weeks"!!! I ordered this item as it stated 3-4weeks delievery, we are having our child in 8weeks. An explanation of what is going on would be appropriate and appreciated as it is unclear as to what is going on..... told that pram would not be back in stock until April approx. asked to Cancel product as beed a pram ASAP... I am now being ignored. I need the £449 back as I have no other means to purchase another pram...... and I am due in 8weeks
