Complaint about Harveys Furniture

I ordered a dining table on 26th December 2016 with the estimated delivery within maximum 6 weeks. Having passed 8 weeks, I contacted the store, but they said that manager is not in the store, so they don't know anything about. Advised me to contact customer service, having contacted the customer service, I found that table can be delivered after 30th April 2017. I have been advised to cancel the order in the store. I tried to contact store (Luton) for 4 times, every time I have been advised by the staff that manager is not in the store, they cannot cancel. Finally, I contacted customer service again in February last week, the lady noted the complaint and emailed the store to cancel the order and contact me on the following day, but 2 days gone with NO call, I tried to contact the store again, still the same answer, no Manager in the store, took note for the manager for giving me call. 6 days gone, no call from the manager. Finally again contacted the customer service and found that it is still not cancelled and they contacted the store and advised me that it would be cancelled. I don't know what's going on.
