Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought an ASUS transformer from Curry's PC world brixton, and the machine never turned on. I sent it back twice, and it still doesn't work. It is hard to get into the shop during opening hours as I work shift, but I also have been paying a monthly fee to provide support for my laptop, which has never worked! How do I cancel this direct debit from coming out of my account each month for a laptop that doesn't work?
