Paying for a phone I don't have for a year!

Complaint about The Phone Spot

I was contacted by Phone Spot last year about an upgrade(was & still am with EE). I agreed to the upgrade thinking that the upgrade was still with EE. Before the phone was sent, my current phone all of a sudden cut out and had no network. I checked my emails to find that I had an email from Phone Spot saying that a phone was on the way but to the wrong address. I rang them and they said they had cut my sim off as new sim and phone was on the way. I told them to cancel the phone there and then as it was being sent to an address I didn't live at and I was frustrated that they had disconnected my sim card even though I was still awaiting a phone. They confirmed this was ok and said they would process the cancellation. It is now March, 11 months later and I am still paying for a phone and contract I don't have. Phone Spot keep telling me I need to speak to EE as they will need to provide them with a final bill but EE are saying if they do that then my line will be cancelled.I have phoned several times and I don't have time to go over the same thing again and again, constantly being told different things by Phone Spot. I just need this resolved as I have spent the last 11 months paying out for a phone and deal I don't even have. Thanks,
