Complaint about National Holidays

my wife her sister and i (mrs nisbitt )booked an holiday with you torquay for 5 days we stayed at the trecarn hotel my wife and i had a double room which was fair the sister inlaw had a single room which she paid £22 more for she had no heating and a walk in she shower that did not work at all we complained to the manager he said he would give her another room 1 floor below (we requested we be together on the same floor) but she said she would look at the room which was ok but the door did not lock it was getting late so stayed in the first room and for four days used the shower in our room thy gave a small heater the next day I complained to your Stockton office by letter 3 days later I got a letter back from them with my complaint letter and the booking details of our torquay holiday when i phoned to say what is the meaning of this letter thy said thy would phone me back 2hours later i phoned them i was treated badly so put the phone now i am making my complaint direct to you mr rstrange
