Complaint about DPD

I am waiting for a parcel from DPD that has been in the depot center since last week. The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I did not receive anything. Then, the tracking tool indicated that the address was wrong and that the parcel could not be delivered, which is incorrect because the address I gave is the right one (plus it's a huge building, impossible to miss) and the delivery status was published simultaneously as the announcement of the delivery which could only mean one thing: the driver was too lazy to even bother delivering the parcel. I phoned DPD call center and they confirmed that the driver probably did not try to deliver it. They said I would get news from DPD and that the driver would contact me this morning before delivering the parcel... But, oh what a surprise, nothing came today and the status of my parcel is still the same (wrong address). I find it completely unprofessional from a company like DPD not to deliver someone's package as soon as they have them in their possession. I am still waiting for mine and I clearly do not recommend to choose DPD for your future international deliveries. Poor-quality services!
