Complaint about Xercise4Less

I discovered that Xercise4Less force you to fill in a 30 day notice form in order to cancel your membership. If another DD falls within these 30 days (How can it not?) they will take another payment and then cancel your membership. I instead cancelled my direct debit, I now have Harlands Group chasing me for an absurd £25 admin fee (For what? No money was bounced therefore no charge was applied to them from the bank). Never missed a payment, never made a complaint. Called them to pay off the £9.99 fee, but the person over the phone refused to weave the £25 admin fee. I also asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager but apparently they "don't deal with calls".
