Complaint about Currys PC World

I have noticed that a payment of £6 has been taken from my account on both the 6th February and 6th March. I purchased a laptop from Currys PC World but declined any add-ons or additional cover. Please cancel the 'product support' with immediate affect and arrange a refund of £12.00 for the payments made without concent.
