no support when trying to get a refund for faulty goods

Complaint about Brightlife UK

I ordered two items one was returned the next day, I have not heard anything regarding a refund. The second item proved faulty and I have tried to speak to someone on three separate occasions and in the each time used there ring back service . no one has rung back. I then emailed details as above giving all information from the order. No joy.
