No customer service and haven't been refunded

Complaint about Fashion-conscience.com

I sent two items back on time. They did not offer free returns so I paid for the return which out me £17 out of pocket. I emailed them to confirm I have sent back my items and to enquire about having the refund to a need bank card. I have not had my refund which is over £90. I cannot afford to lose this money. They haven't replied to any of my emails. At this point, it feels like this is simple theft. What a faux company. How can they claim to be ethical when they don't treat their customers with any respect?
