Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered tickets for my family to go to c2c this coming wend. £1200 worth of tickets. I can't get hold of the company and they haven't replied to my emails. Has anybody had any luck getting hold of them???

Order no: 26540. I sent several emails regarding delivery as I was flying over from Ireland on Friday. We had the dogs booked into kennels, flights and hotels booked. Tickets arrived after we left. It's just not good enough. I would like a full refund
