Complaint about IWOOT

Sent an item back and it was not clear at all that i was emailed a pre paid postage barcode so i paid it myself and sent proof of postage to iwoot customer service inwhich was told all was fine and id have a refund within 3 - 5 working days... well at least 6 weeks later and countless emails back and fourth and 1 phone call... im still being promised a refund but nothing! Ive even given my PayPal account because was told that would only take 24/48 hours and im not a week later maybe more and nothing. Since then another email and another empty promise has been made that il receive it... nope. Ive even sent my email in so i know its definitely the correct one. They have though kindly added a £5 goodwill onto my account.... ha ha ha. Asif il ever use that again and funny how that happened straight away but the money im owed still hasnt. Im not in position that if they tell me again on the phone or over email that they promise il get it.. i dont trust them and why should i?! Absoulte disgrace of a company and very very frustrated!!

Funnily enough, after talking to your team through my account for several weeks, once i told them im taking it further and letting everyone know what a rubbish company you are.. i get a refund to my paypal. Funny that. Thanks for my money back. Not thanks for the absolute inconvenience caused whilst doing so.
