Complaint about DPD

My ASOS parcel was not delivered. I have been backwards and forwards with DPD and ASOS. They are saying it was delivered as I signed for it. I am not sure how as I was at work during that time (easily checked as I have to 'clock' in and out). I was sent a copy of the signature which clearly isn't mine. At first I was told it was delivered to a block of flats down the street (but not which flat number) and no card was left. Now I am being told they can do no more as it was delivered and signed for by me. So now I have no parcel and am out of pocket. It's just not acceptable.

I have sent a number of emails the last one being on Friday case reference 15177708. Having now contacted someone on Facebook they are now looking into it...everytime I send a message I get a reply from a different person... some consistency would be good

Terrible... never got a final reply... the driver has been signing for my parcels using my signature and as they say that is the signature on record they refuse to cooperate.
