No one cares!

Complaint about Harveys Furniture

We have paid a lot of money for our new 3-piece suite. Waited since Christmas for delivery. Many emails and messages to tell us it would be delivered after 7am on Monday. We arranged for collection of our old suite at 8.30am on Monday and just after 9, having already called to say they were on their way, the delivery van arrived. When they came to the door, their first words were that it was only a partial delivery, no 3 seater sofa! They didn't know customer services number, were we willing to take the partial delivery? Without any seating, we had little option. When I called customer service, I was reliably informed we would find out in 48 hours where the 3 seater was. I pointed out that my family now didn't have enough seats. No one cared. I asked to be told by the end of the day. No one called. I called after 24 hours. No one knows where it is. No one cares. I called this morning after 48 hours. No one knows. No one cares. They will let me know in another 24 hours what the situation is. 'It takes this long sometimes' they say, sorry. Can we have a sofa in the meantime as we are sitting on garden chairs? They'll see. NO ONE CARES. Will NEVER buy from Harveys again.
