Complaint about Fleetway Travel

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT GET ANY WORSE. YOU CAN FIND BETTER OPTIONS FOR THE SAME PRICE! First off, they advertise a low price and then mark up all the added fees and little things you need. For example, on WOW it costs $50 to add a check in bag each way online. Fleetway tried to charge $65 for it each way which costs almost as much as just doing it yourself at the airport. I needed to add one night to my itinerary. It took almost 3 days to hear back from Fleetway. They finally got back to me and tried to charge over $125. I said go ahead and the room was gone because they took so long to tell me. So then they tried to charge me over $200 for a premium room! When I got to the hotel, they had a room available which they charged under $100 for. They told me it made no sense for Fleetway to get back to me 3 days after request. The hotel told them a room was available the day I had asked. The northern lights tour got cancelled all three nights while I was in Iceland. I was told by Grayline that they would issue a refund, no problem but it had to go through Fleetway. I sent multiple emails and messages through their website requesting this (trying multiple email addresses as well) and nobody responds! Then when you try to call, there is nobody to help with this until early in the morning. When I finally got in touch with them early in the morning. First they told me to email the email address that I tried multiple times already and said they couldn't help me. I got very frustrated so they said they could help. They said it was credited to an account a couple days prior. (This is about 2 weeks after my first request for this still not having received a response.) I asked which credit card account, and they gave me the number for a credit card that had expired since the original booking and said they couldn't help any further. I dug into this a bit and they said an account manager could further assist. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and ultimately disconnected.
