Complaint about Ticket Selection

Hi I purchased tickets from ticket selection back in December of 2016 for the six nations rugby in 2017. I recieved confirmation, they took my payment and that was that. About 12 - 14 days before the event I emailed ticket selection asking them when my tickets would be recieved. Since then I've recieved nothing but automated responses, I've sent several emails and none of the numbers listed work. It's now 2 days before the event and I've heard nothing about the where abouts of my tickets I paid £299 for as a gift for Xmas for my dad.
