Complaint about Credit Portal

You are continuously taking money from my account, this has been going on for three months sometimes every day, i want my money reimbuse as i never sign up for any of this, i only recall going into your website for a free credit check, and even at that i didn't get the check, i unsubscribed immediately and you have continued to take money from my account. I want this money back or i am going to the financial ombudsman to sort it on my behalf. Very unsatisfied person Helen Mceleney
