Non delivery of furniture

Complaint about Harveys Furniture

I ordered 2 sofas on Boxing Day 2016, and was told it would take 6 weeks to deliver. I arranged a delivery date for 28th Feb and had a day off work to wait in, I waited all day and no delivery, I made several calls over the next few days to be told it's lost, they then found the furniture and arranged for delivery on 7th march, I took another day off work and waited in after the driver rang me to say he was 40 minutes away, 3 hours later I rang and rang the driver for him to say that my furniture was not on the van. I was so upset as my poorly father had been sitting on the floor as we all had for 2 weeks. I call customer service again , to be told they will investigate AGAIN, and will call me the next day, no call from them, I have to keep calling them, I'm so upset and angry over it all.
