Complaint about Churchill Knight

I used Churchill Knight for a year and was offered a better service at a lot lower price. I left on the last day of my company financial year and paid my fees up to date which was over £2000. I had to chase to get my accounts completed and then they were sent to me wrong. When I highlighted there mistake they refused to correct their error and wanted to charge me an extra £300+ VAT. They claim it was my fault as I didnt enter the information on their portal correctly. At the time of leaving, there was no missing information from the portal and they had put some payments into the Director Loan account in error. They have taken my money and are not willing to do the job of an accountant, stating that I must use their portal only. NOT an accountant but an expensive computer program you are using!!!
