Utter disgrace!

Complaint about Ticket Selection

Hubby bought tickets for Christmas to see country to country at the o2 arena in London. Company very quick to take your money but don't produce the goods. We now have weekend in London as train and hotel are booked with no where to go. I've emailed and emailed and emailed but they don't respond to them. Company utter disgrace. Fuming is an under statement! DO NOT use this company.
