Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a camera for my company and paid on my company account. I don't generally check the statements, however my accountant flagged up these payments recently and i had no idea what it was. £3.50 has been taken from my account every month since I bought the camera. I have alternative insurance which covers this product and would have definitely not signed up for additional warranty. I feel incredibly ripped off by this and can't see how this isn't illegal when I did not sign for anything. I expect to receive a full refund.

Can't comply to DPA? DPA FOR A FICTIONAL PERSON?!?!?! THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD BY CURRYS EMPLOYEES SURELY? I have clear proof of purchase on my statement exactly a month before Currys started stealing from my account on a monthly basis and currys is not willing to do anything about it....does it not worry the company? does this really have to be taken to the small claims court?
