Complaint about Prizehook

They claim I entered a competition, and have been charging me a fortune for it. They refuse to refund the charges, despite me explaingoing several times that I did not enter a competition, and I did not recieve ANY messages giving me the option to cancel.

I would like to discuss this further, but NOT with SPTWO as they advised me to contact YOU, I would like a full postal address and telephone number for PRIZE HOOKnow. I find your reluctance to give me the full details of your company very concerning, I was hoping I wouldn't have to contact Ofcom a especially I have been very ill and been in and out of hospital, but it seems I have no choice
