Complaint about Currys PC World

I have just noticed that every month since I bought my laptop £9.50 had been wrongfully taken from my account and demand a full refund!! I did not authorise any support as I'm very computer literate and can fix any problem myself.

No problem Alex, our finance team will call you directly in the next 48 hrs to capture your bank details (please don't include them on here). They will then complete a BACS transfer for you. Thanks - Marcus

I think more should be done to make customers aware that they will be paying monthly for a help service
