Complaint about Currys PC World

Purchased a laptop for my daughter from Currys PC World and discovered I keep paying £3.50 every month which I did not knowingly sign up for, Wish this to be refunded and stopped.

Hi, I have cancelled the agreement. However any payments taken are non refundable as details show on your receipt and the store will have signed authorisation - Tony

Curry's PC World have cancelled the insurance however did not really address the issue of not being informed about it in the first place.
