I have not yet received my product even when i have paid for the product

Complaint about Shpock

Few days ago i ordered a mobile and asked that seller i trusted the site so he said to me that when he will get money in his account then he will send me the mobile but now there is no clue of mobile and the seller is also not replying to my messages .Ehat should i do .I guess there must be something in Shpock that to get my money refund or something else
