£78 Venntro charge

Complaint about Venntro

This is mad! I've just checked my bank account and I have a pending charge of £78 from venntro. I don't remember authorising this charge and I'am quite frankly disturbed that my bank account could be accessed so easily. Please could you investigate and assist. Thank you.
