Complaint about Credit Perfect

Took 14.99 out of my account with out my permission got in touch with them to cancel 14 day trial there response was it will take 72 hours to process . I also went to my bank and explained what had happened they told me to give it to this friday lf they dont reemburse me the 14.99 they will take as fraud
