Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a laptop from Currys PC World back in April 2013 using my credit card. Yesterday, I was looking through my statement when I first noticed the anomaly. Every month for the past 48, a sum of £9.50 has been taken from my credit card via a direct debit to 'Product Support AG' and upon investigation I found out this is a repair service which I had been signed up for when I purchased the laptop. This was a complete shock to me as I definitely did not agree or sign up for this service. Product Support AG were highly unhelpful on the phone and refused to pay me a single penny back as it has been paid regularly for a long time. £9.50 over the 48 months has cost me a total of £432 for a service I never even knew I was paying for let alone agreed to. Ironically the laptop purchased in 2013 broke around a year ago so I have nothing to show for the money I spent on it or the £432 that has been taken from me without my consent.
