Lost parcel

Complaint about DPD

My parcel has been lost from DPD depot I had very important personal item inside the parcel ,which I was very attached and nobody from DPD send me the apology or a compensation . They said I need to sort it out with parcel to go Ridiculous and shame I strongly not recommend this company

Hi Patrizia, I'm really sorry that your parcel went missing in our depot. I understand how upset you must be by this as it included an important item inside.
