Complaint about The AA

My car broke down on the 9th of November 2016 and a prompt AA technician arrived and diagnosed the problem and arranged a tow trick to move my car to my preferred garage. The truck was from RAVENSCROFT MOTOR CO. LTD and the driver was clueless of how to tow my Mercedes car to the truck and it took him almost 3hrs (ultimately dragged the car whilst still on parking mode) damaging my steering and the axil rod. I wrote to AA of this and they responded back on the 9th of January 2017 that there was nothing wrong on Ravencroft drivers 3 hr ordeal to tow a car( less than 10feet from car to truck) AA also wrote on the letter that if I'm.not happy with this decision Icould pursue this up with a company called ADR (alternative dispute resolution) I wrote to ADR and had an email back from them stating that AA is misleading customers by giving their name and that they have informed AA several times not to use their name as they are not registered with this organisation. I rang AA on the 17th of February 2017 and spoke to a guy and told him about this and he apologised for the misleading issue and wanted me to write to the FINANCIAL OMBUDESMAN, I wrote to the financial ombudsman and they wrote back saying that AA should know that the ombudsman do not deal with road sides issues with AA. They have also confirmed that they will contact AA to not to mislead customers.. Can you imagine this happening from the so call UK's largest road side assistance company???? Further more when I rang AA on the 6th of March I spoke to a lady (think it was Catherine or Cathy) and after explaining all what happened and wanting to speak to someone higher up within her team; she put me on hold for long and the line got cut???? I have since had no response and I'm seeking legal formalities and want to warn people of this issues. Regards
