Complaint about Currys PC World

Hi. I am writing to you about the product support AG. I bought a laptop over 3years ago,and from this time I pay every month £4.50.I find this out only few weeks ago.I checked my all direct debits and standing orders and nothing like a product support AG it's not there,strange.That means I never sing any DD form. Hopefully you can help me with this problem. Emilia

Hi Emilia, thank you for providing the details requested by my colleague. I have located a Service Agreement for the product, however it has been cancelled as the Direct Debit mandate has been cancelled at the bank (December 2016). Have you checked with your bank in relation to this. I can see that we wrote to you to advise on this matter just after Christmas 2016 - Shaun
