Complaint about Currys PC World

I have have recently become self employed and have been going through my accounts for tax return and noticed that I have 3 card payments being taking each month without my knowledge. I have tracked this back to when I purchased washing, fridge and freezer in Dec 2014. Payments of £3 and two payements of £1.50 have been taken every month since 19th January 2015 for product support. I have never agreed to this, and would like to know how I can stop this and also how i can be returned all the payments. Many thanks

Hi David, thank you for you contact in relation to payments made which you are seemingly unaware of. I am happy to look at cancelling these Service Agreements for you. Please provide me with your full address and the make/model numbers concerned. As the payments have been in place since Dec 2014, I wouldn't be in a position to offer a refund, apologies - Shaun
