Complaint about St Andrews Home Improvements

I had a salesman out to give me a quote. Advised too expensive. Telephone call from customer service two days later to say that they could reduce the price further and an appointment was made. After discussing with my husband he said to cancel the appt as he felt we should have got the lowest price from the get go. Text mobile number and cancelled. I then got a call from a Katrina who wanted to verify appt. Advised that l had text to cancel and explained why. She said she never received said text and l should have phoned. Rude ride lady. I wouldn't take windows from you company if you gave them away. I will be letting everyone know what l think of your company. Word of mouth is a great tool.
