Hello, i have added 2nd line to Vodafone mobile phone contract on the 7th March . Today is 16th March and sim card still not activated. 20 calls to customer services and I'm being pushed to various departments who cannot help. Hours on the phone-no resolution, different reasons given every time I call. 2 escalation forms filled out by customer services-no change. When I call, Vodafone cannot even find number in their system that they sent me. Total disaster, vodafone online tracker still shows my order being processed, but I received it a week ago. No respect from Vodafone to loyal customer who's been with them 11 years, no one taking responsibility to fox it. Visited 2 Vodafone shops-nobody can help. Disaster, a week gone, travelling on Saturday abroad without any phone, cannot discribe my frustration, no sleep last night... this is driving me crazy!
