Complaint about Ticket Selection

So I have purchased a ticket from this company to go and see the weekend! We did not receive the tickets to my home address to days prior to the event so I contacted them via email, in this they stated that they will give us a code for asked to then pick up our tickets. With this I have now then taken a day off work, paid for a sitter and travelled all the way down to London. I then received an email 20 minutes before the weekend's concert was about to start saying that they could not give us our tickets and that I would be issued a full refund in the next seven working days. I have now been trying to contact them but they are ignoring all of my emails. I am serious at the service that I have been given and I would like a full refund as I am now out of pocket.
