Unable to freeze my account

Complaint about Xercise4Less

I have tried several times within the past year to freeze my account i.e. going home for Christmas or Easter as I am a student and have been unable to. I have been told several different dates of when I should freeze my account before the payment comes out. When I have tried this at the gym, it has been unsuccessful and hasn't work. I am thoroughly annoyed and angry by this, as I am not using the gym but I'm still expected to pay. I think this is disgusting and that the staff members should not just make up a date when it is not correct. I am close to cancelling my membership all together as the staff are rude and unhelpful towards this situation as its not the first time it's happened.
