Complaint about Artiq Mobile

Hi o2 confirmed why my credit run out so fast since November 2016. It really unsettled me because It was the Artiq Mobile that I was not aware of. A lot of money. I request for money refund please as it did NOT confirm it anything. I need money back for my kids' needs. Thank you
