Complaint about Currys PC World

In February I purchased a Sony TV and a HP Laptop from yourselves through a Creations account. No Product support was mentioned to me by the salesperson nor did I want it if it had been! I have noticed on 4/3/17 you have taken two payments from my Visa Card, reference PRODUCT SUPPORT AG 0844 800 6080 GB, one for £6.65 and the other for £7.60 How dare you take money from my card without my permission! Please refund this immediately and cease taking any more payments from me! The only thing I should be paying is the Creations monthly payments for the goods I purchased.
