My Wrens Kitchen is a nightmare

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Our kitchen was half delivered on 3 Feb 17 We still are calling customer services after sales ... daily weekly monthly and are promised call backs everytime and never get one call !! Even this morning promised a call !! No one called again to update on the progress of our missing piece and damaged units !!to no avail ! Made over 5 hours of calls now !! And not getting anywhere ! Just keep fobbing us off with it's the factories fault and not theirs and they can't seem to comminicate apparently with the factory only be email !! And nothing has been updated on our file to let them know when our outstanding kitchen is due !! 7 weeks now and the same loop told to us by another customer services person !! Can I start prosecution proceedings !! All we want to know is where is the rest of our kitchen ... It can't be that hard can it .. Taken our money and now just fobbing us off like all of the others !!
