Complaint about The Phone Spot

Hi, just received a call today from a person representing himself as an O2 rep that would like to discuss with me a better deal about my phone tariffs but in fact sadly I found out that I was signed up for a monthly SIM card that will cost me 18 pounds per each of next 12 following months with the company called The Phonespot. Talking to that person I explained I was absolutely happy with my O2 services and the tariff I am on now suits me the best and that I do not need any upgrades like getting a new iPhone as already got the most latest. But he explained that they were trying to give me a better deal that I will pay less and will get more mobile data etc. Once I got the order confirmation from a company I have never heard and realising that I got an absolutely better deal with the existing service provider which is O2 I decided straight away to call back and cancel my order. But it was not that easy. Replying back to the order confirmation e-mail sends you an undelivered message back. The phone that was given as a customer service unreachable, taking me through pressing loads of numbers and getting no answer. After about 30 mins of trying to get through I hang up. Completely lost and do not know how to cancel an unwanted SIM card and that order all together!
