Complaint about Shpock

I had an agreement with someone on Shpock to sell my Ipad. I met the person and the exchange took place, all the money I made was counterfeit. So i had no money and I had lost my Ipad. All Shpock could do was block the other persons account which is not of much help as they can create another one and start selling or buying again, even though it says that this is a legally binding agreement, no legal action has been taken. I was also sold a locked phone before as well on Shpock. Its safe to say theres more frauds than genuine people on the app.
