Complaint about Harveys Furniture
I heard some bad complaints about harveys furniture but thought I'd give them benefit of the doubt, so we ordered two 2seater settees and they gave us a delivery date and time which was 20/3\17 between 7am and 1pm, they didn't arrive by 3.00 neither did they ring to let us know, so I rang customer services and the shop, to be told they had been lost,and nobody knew were they was. The transport manager rang me and said they would deffinately be delivered tomorrow 21/3/17 by 11am as they had finally located them in Dagenham, so today still no sign of my sofas by 11am then get a call from driver to say he was on his way and there was a big problem with one of the sofas, a big black mark and an even bigger rip on the arm and wrong cololur cushions, and they will replace both sofas in 6-8 weeks and give us £50 maximum compensation, my advice to people wanting new furniture do not shop at harveys, they like to take your money and give no decent service.
