Not told that I was agreeing to a product support from ag product support

Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased a computer last year from currys pc world. I have just started to put together tax returns and noticed a small payment of £5.50 leaving my account titled ag product support every month. This payment is taken as a card payment which I have no paper work for or any agreement of the service being provided. At the time of purchase I did not agree to any product support of any type, as the computer was covered by the manufactures guarantee. I have tried to contact ag product support without success. I feel that I have been conned out of approximately £60, how can I get a refund for something I did not agree too.
