Complaint about Shpock

Restricted account due to a none collected item off a buyer in sept 2016 and no the guy wants me to remove his 2 star feedback but now they have restricted my account. There a joke i have 190 excellent feedback this buyer as 3. There should be a timescale on when people can make reports
